Oct 3, 2018 at 18:14 | comment | added | Conifold | When I walk around a park I am not obstructed or restricted, in the colloquial sense, but of course I am restricted by gravity, placement of the trees, etc. Free will is restricted by physical laws, biological constitution, etc., hence "limited", but presumably is not fully determined by them, hence "free". | |
