Did Hegel concern private property as a natural right as liberals did?

I know that Hegel talked about private property in Encyclopedia of the Philosophical Sciences describing it as an abstract moment of the objective Spirit but I want to know if Hegel take this right as a natural and necessary right. I would say yes but I'm not sure...
