I'm especially interested in differences that show dependence or independence of these concepts on each other. Like is it possible to have Agency without Free will, according to definitions? Or Autonomy without Agency? etc.

  • According to definitions, agency is probably just the same as free will (at least on an agent-causation view), but autonomy is a little more 'robust' and so probably corresponds to a special case of free will. – Kristian Berry Mar 1 at 16:07

The matter is controversial and there are too many conflicting definitions to sort them out here without narrowing the question to a particular framework. For a general survey of different views see SEP, Agency. – Conifold Mar 1 at 20:59
