As a student of philosophy with only an extremely rudimentary understanding of axiology, what are some of the more comprehensive books that would allow me to gain at least a decent understanding of the full meaning and history of the subject, in addition to the problems regarding it? More specifically, who are some of the more prominent axiologists of the past/present worth studying?
