If we have a statement like "it is possible and obligatory that the man is eloquent.", does it make sense to ask a question like "Why is it possible and obligatory that the man is eloquent?"? Or, does it make more sense to question the deontic and alethic modalities seperately like "Why is it possible that the man is eloquent?" and "Why is it obligatory that the man is eloquent?"?
