Mark Shuttleworth's (who was born in South Africa) company Canonical developed the open-source OS. I didn't know what Ubuntu (CPU) was until I was doing more reading on Ubuntu (Philosophy). Interesting lol
@CriglCragl Peace. Thank you for letting me know we are allowed to hyperlink the videos (on another StackExchang I was told that I/we were not allowed to, sad face lol). I updated my answer and tried to highlight how one who follows "Ubuntu" can assist with poverty. It's not an easy question to answer because Ubuntu is not seen as an ideology or philosophy but as the original intent that all of mankind should be abiding by, the golden rule sort to say.
