To support my bits we could look at our own experiences with school-philosophy and the curricula for school-philosophy. Also, even in newspapers and the like there are hardly any good arguments, if there are arguments at all.

Your real answer is a sentence full of claims you can't back. This is why I was sceptical about the question in the first place. What are we supposed to say that's philosophical in nature, and whom are we to quote on that? Vote to close question for now.
